A true break to relax, reset and reconnect. This weekend getaway is curated just for you.

This autumn, join us for a 3-day, 2-night lakefront escape in beautiful Harpers Ferry, where crisp morning air, golden leaves, and peaceful water views create the perfect backdrop for transformation.

Surrounded by vibrant fall foliage and the quiet beauty of the woods, this retreat is designed for women who are ready to step away from the noise of everyday life and step into a weekend of wellness, movement, adventure, and connection.

The Investment:
$1,000pp shared room | $1,525pp private room*
*The above prices are early bird prices, all rates increase by $200 on May 1st! $300 deposit due at the time of booking, remaining balance due July 1st.

What the trip includes:

  • 2 nights of accommodation in shared lakefront homes
  • Chef-prepared meals & cocktails/mocktails
    (2 dinners, 2 brunches and 2 heavy snack boards plus plenty of fun mocktails and cocktails!)
  • Daily fitness classes to include dance fitness,  full body sculpt, stretching & mobility and vinyasa yoga
  • Guided adventures such as lake paddles, SUP yoga, hikes, meditation and guided journaling sessions
  • Welcome bags provided by local woman owned businesses

What the trip does not include:

  • Transportation to the house and hikes
  • Any extra excursions

A Stunning Lakefront Home

Outdoor Adventure
Take in the magic of fall with scenic hikes through colorful trails and peaceful paddle excursions on the lake. Breathe deeply. Move intentionally. Let nature do its work.

Private Chef + Nourishing Meals
Enjoy thoughtfully prepared seasonal meals using fresh, local ingredients. No cooking. No cleanup. Just gathering, sharing stories, and savoring every bite.

Intentional Wellness Experiences
Journaling, meditation, meaningful conversation and space to unwind are woven throughout the weekend. Our intention is to give you time to reflect, release and recharge.

Meet Jade:

Jade Jawish, owner of Moms in Motion, LLC, brings 19 years of experience in the dance and fitness industry. As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, she always believed that wellness and self‑care should feel both energizing and welcoming. Her background as an NFL cheerleader, teammate, dance coach, choreographer, and fitness instructor have shaped the way she leads—pushing you to dig a little deeper while also creating a space where you can drop your guard and just be yourself.

Meet Jessie:

Jessie Benson is a retreat curator, mom, yogi, fitness instructor and adventure enthusiast passionate about helping people explore the world with intention. After years in corporate marketing, Jessie followed her love of travel and wellness to lead more than 45 retreats across the globe — from South Africa’s savannas to the Greek Islands and beyond. As the founder of FloYo Travels, she combines movement, community and meaningful cultural experiences to create transformative journeys that last long after the trip ends.

Meet Skylar:

Trained in pastry under a three-time James Beard Award finalist at One Coastal, Skylar’s culinary journey began with a deep appreciation for discipline, creativity and gratitude in the kitchen. Skylar specializes in plant-forward, seasonally inspired menus designed to nourish transformation. Her chef-curated retreats honor local ingredients, elevated technique and the emotional power of food. For her, every meal is an opportunity for connection, celebration, and a little bit of wonder.

About our Accommodation:

We have rented two separate luxury lakefront homes within walking distance of one another. With 12 bedrooms total, we have large common areas to allow for plenty of connection and community. And, you will have your own private bedroom to retreat to when you need rest and relaxation. Sign up for a single room or bring a buddy to share with.
