Chrissy Lewin is a yoga teacher, mom, and full-time educator who knows firsthand how hard it can be to take time for yourself. She’s passionate about creating spaces where people can move, breathe, and reconnect- without pressure or perfection.
Her classes blend strength, flow, and mindfulness in a way that feels both energizing and grounding. Chrissy brings a down-to-earth, real-life approach to yoga, helping students feel strong in their bodies and more at ease in their minds. She loves combining her background in education and science with yoga to create experiences that are both meaningful and fun.
