Join your Hungry Fitness Coaches for an unforgettable journey to one of Central America’s hidden gems—Nicaragua. This is more than a retreat; it’s a wellness-focused adventure designed to help you unplug from daily stress, reconnect with nature, and rediscover your inner strength.

Set against the backdrop of Rancho Santana, a breathtaking 2,700-acre private paradise on the Emerald Coast, you’ll explore untouched beaches, scenic coastal hiking trails, and lush rolling hills. Whether you’re craving serenity, movement, or connection, this immersive experience offers it all.

We’ll be staying at a luxurious beachfront boutique hotel nestled within Rancho Santana, just steps away from five pristine beaches, vibrant tide pools, panoramic hiking paths, and gourmet farm-to-table restaurants. Wake up to the sound of waves, start your day with energizing fitness sessions led by your dedicated Hungry Fitness Coaches, and wind down with sunset yoga or cocktails by the ocean.

(Fly into either Managua, Nicaragua or Liberia, Costa Rica)

How To Get There:

FloYo Travels will arrange one group airport shuttle from both Managua and Liberia Airports. Once we receive your booking we will provide more information on travel and flights!

The Investment:

*$1,000 non-refundable deposit due to hold your spot, remaining balance due by Dec. 1st, 2025

Please note that the pied-a-terre suite has a pull out couch as well as a king bed. 

What the trip includes:

  • 6 days / 5 nights – Shared or private accommodation in barefoot luxury boutique hotels rooms
  • An incredible, curated itinerary – Just pack a bag and show up!
  • Meals – Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included every day. Alcohol is not included but will be available for purchase, if you wish!
  • Daily workouts & movement experiences led by Michaela & our HF team
  • Restorative yoga with Jessie, founder of FloYo Travels
  • Transportation – Airport transport to and from Rancho Santana as well as transport to and from group activities
  • One Premium Activity: Choice of SUP Tour, Surf Lesson or Horseback Riding excursion
  • Daily Activities: Sand boarding, guided hikes/trail runs, a monkey scouting adventure, beach visits to all 5 beaches, yoga & fitness classes.

Does Not Include:

  • Flights – Participants are responsible for their flights to and from the retreat
  • Spa Treatments – there is in incredible spa on site, if you’d like to book a treatment we can help coordinate!
  • Alcohol – the cost of alcohol is not included in this retreat.
  • Additional Activities – the adventures are endless in Nicaragua! We will recommend extra activities for your free time. Participants will be responsible for covering those fees.
  • Additional Transportation – Any taxi or transport not associated with planned group activities is not included.
  • Travel insurance- We highly recommend all participants get the “Cancel Any Time” travel insurance

Meet Michaela:

Michaela North is the founder of HungryFitness, a mom of four, former CrossFit Games Team Champion, and yoga-certified coach. With a background in psychology, business, nutrition, and fitness, she specializes in helping women build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits—especially during key life transitions like pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause. Michaela and her team at HungryFitness focus on practical, science-based coaching that empowers women to fuel well, train with purpose, and show up fully in their lives. A lifelong athlete who loves nature and travel, Michaela brings a down-to-earth approach to wellness that meets women where they are—and helps them move forward with clarity and strength.

Meet Jess:

Jess Brown is a transformative coach who merges her deep expertise in therapy and fitness to support women, particularly through the motherhood transition. With a strong background in social work, Jess offers a compassionate, holistic approach to fitness and wellness, addressing not just physical health but also emotional and mental well-being. Her methods are rooted in practical, mindset-focused strategies that foster long-term health and happiness.

Meet Marita:

I’m Marita, a fitness & nutrition coach and girl mom who believes health should feel fun and freeing. I help women reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness, lifestyle and nourishment because when we pour into ourselves first, everyone in our life benefits. To me, true health is a balance of physical, emotional, spiritual, and nutritional wellbeing. You can usually find me outside kayaking, grilling, gardening, or sitting on the beach with my dogs and a good romantasy book. I believe the more deeply we connect to our bodies, the more fulfilled we become.
