NICARAGUA RETREAT WITH THE MINE

The Art of Slowing Down

There comes a point where pushing harder isn’t the answer. What you really need is space… to breathe, to reset, and to feel like yourself again. This retreat is your invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and into something entirely different.

Together with your Mine community, you’ll travel to Rancho Santana, a private, 2,700-acre sanctuary set along Nicaragua’s untouched Emerald Coast. This is a place where luxury feels natural, not forced. Where the days unfold slowly. And where you’re held by both the landscape and the people who call it home.

You’ll stay in a beautifully designed beachfront boutique hotel, where the rhythm of the ocean replaces your alarm clock. Mornings begin with intentional movement (strength, mobility, and breathwork led by your Mine coaches) followed by long, unhurried breakfasts and time to simply be.

There’s no pressure here. No packed schedules. Just space to choose what you need most.

Spend your days exploring five pristine beaches, wandering coastal trails with panoramic views, surfing or paddleboarding in warm Pacific waters, or indulging in farm-to-table meals crafted from ingredients grown right on the land. You might find yourself lingering over coffee, losing track of time in a hammock, or connecting more deeply with people you thought you already knew.

As the sun sets, the energy softens. Evenings invite reflection, laughter, and connection. Whether that’s yoga overlooking the ocean, a shared meal under the stars, or a quiet moment with a cocktail in hand and nowhere else to be.

Nicaragua remains one of Central America’s best-kept secrets: raw, breathtakingly beautiful, and refreshingly uncrowded. At Rancho Santana, you’ll feel both completely removed from the chaos of the world and deeply taken care of. It’s safe, welcoming, and filled with a warmth that stays with you long after you leave.
