Surfing, Yoga, Hiking, Adventure — let’s go to Nicaragua!
Join FloYo Travels and Lindsay Cook for an unforgettable week of sunshine, salt air, and soulful connection on the stunning Emerald Coast.

Tucked within the serene, private community of Hacienda Iguana, our home for the week Casa Pasatiempo, is a peaceful beachfront villa with stunning views. Surrounded by nature and within walking distance to increidble hikes, cafes and shops you will have the freedom to explore. Whether you’re soaking up the sun or diving deep into inner work, this is the perfect place to reset & recharge.

Each day brings a blend of energizing and nourishing experiences: from vinyasa and restorative yoga practices, to surf lessons, beach hangs and scenic hikes. You’ll also have plenty of spacious downtime — whether that means swaying in a hammock, walking for miles on the beach or simply sharing stories with new friends under the stars.
