-2 nights accommodation in beachfront townhouse in Fenwick Island
-Welcome bonfire and beach picnic

-Daily SUP excursions (including ocean and bay paddles, FloYo and Paddle Pilates and sunrise floating meditation)
-2x beach yoga classes
-1 beach fitness class
Does Not Include:
-Travel to/from Fenwick Island
-Bike rental (if you do not have your own bike that you will be bringing)
-Lunch and Dinner on Saturday night
-Additional snacks and alcoholic beverages (you are welcome to bring with you to have at the house!)
Trip Details
Enjoy a weekend getaway to refresh your mind, body and soul! From sunrise floating meditations to beach yoga and bonfires this weekend will be just what you need to rest and restore by the ocean!

Friday:
Arrive anytime after 12pm on Friday and enjoy time on the beach or exploring the local town. Our time together will officially begin at 5pm with a beach yoga class followed by a beach picnic and bonfire.

Saturday:
We will wake up with the sun and start our day with a sunrise paddle and floating meditation. An optional beach fitness class will be offered before an energizing breakfast. After breakfast we will head to Rehoboth for a bike ride to Lewes, Delaware (on one of my favorite trails) and we will have lunch at Nectar Café. In the afternoon you will enjoy some free time to shop and wander around Rehoboth or come back to the house and relax on the beach. Saturday evening we will have an optional sunset FloYo class on the bay followed by dinner (either in town or at the house).

Sunday:
We will start the day with a beach yoga class and Paddle Pilates on the bay. Then we will have brunch on the deck overlooking the ocean! You are welcome to stay and enjoy the beach until 5pm (or whenever you’d like to head out).
