Trip Details

Our goal for this week at the beach is to let go of the stress and anxiety that we have been carrying these past few months. We believe that sand, sun and salt water is the best therapy out there and we have created an itinerary to help you release what you no longer need to carry so that you can create more freedom, joy and happiness in your life. Join us for a week of elevating hope, igniting dreams, and creating memories.

Below is a sample itinerary- but please note the details are likely to change a bit, but the general activities will remain the same.
